Pop-Up Volunteer Opportunity:
Vote in the Garden State Teen Book Awards and earn an hour of service!

Are you are interested in earning community service this month, but you are strapped for time? Vote for the 2019 Garden State Teen Book Awards, and you will earn one (1) hour of community service just for casting a ballot! The Garden State Teen Book Award is presented in 3 categories (Fiction 6-8, Fiction 9-12, Nonfiction 6-12) to the best books of the previous year. All of the winners are decided by New Jersey teens.

Vote for ANY of the categories below, and send a screenshot of your confirmation to mbrinn@chplnj.org. You will receive an official letter stating that you have received one hour of service.

Volunteer in the Library for the 2019-2020 School Year 

Want to help out in your community and earn volunteer credit? The following volunteer positions are open to Cherry Hill students and residents ages 12 and up:

Applications are accepted from August 2019 - March 2020

Students are reponsible for keeping track of their volunteer hours and opportunities are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.


Teen Activity Board

Our Teen Activity Board (TAB) is the voice of our young adult community here at the Cherry Hill Public Library. TAB is a selective group of teens in grades 7-12 who assist the Library's Teen Department. We offer assistance at vrious teen programs, create fun displays and book lists, and brainstorm events for the Library's teen community. 

We are not currently accepting applications for new members. Please check back in the future.
