CHPL Teens Discord Server
Our server is a casual, friendly, moderated online community where you can connect with other teens and engage with the library even when you can’t visit us! We also use Discord to communicate with other players during gaming programs. Email Jasmine at jriel@chplnj.org to get an invitation to join. Include your name, grade, school you attend, and your Discord username if you already have one.
Teen Librarian by Appointment
Sometimes one-on-one help is best! Fill out our online form to set up a one-hour appointment with one of our Teen Librarians. We can offer help on:
- Using any of our library services in-person or online
- Computer skills (including how to write emails)
- Project researching for school
- Job searching and resume reviewing
- Mock interviews
- Digital Portfolio building
Please note that this is not a tutoring service. This service is reserved for teens in grades 6-12 who have library cards with us. Not sure if you have one? Just include your address in the “library card” field in the form and we’ll check for you.
